How the platform works for patients
Instead of going to the faculty and looking for a student on the spot, you can browse the students' profiles in advance, see who is currently looking for patients with your type of case and arrange a convenient time. The platform is completely free for patients.
1. Find a suitable student
Filter by faculty (Sofia, Plovdiv or Varna), city, case type, language and availability. Every public profile belongs to a dental medicine student whose active status we have confirmed.
2. Review the profile
You will see what cases the student is currently looking for, faculty requirements, languages, reviews from other patients and general availability. The student's private data is never public.
3. Send a request
Choose a case type, preferred days and time ranges, and optionally a short note. Do not enter a national identification number, detailed medical history or other unnecessary information.
4. Confirm the arrangement
The student accepts the request, declines it or proposes another time. Once confirmed, you receive an email with the details and reminders 48 and 24 hours before the visit. You can message the student in a secure chat.
5. Visit the faculty
Examinations and treatment take place only at the faculty, according to its rules and under academic supervision. The arrangement is organizational — it does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be approved or performed.
After the visit
After a completed visit you can leave one verified review covering communication, organization and punctuality. Reviews help the next patients.
