How the platform works for students
Create a public profile, publish the cases you are looking for and receive requests from real patients before they arrive at the faculty. Save the time you would otherwise spend hunting for suitable cases.
1. Register and complete your profile
Select your faculty and academic year and complete your profile. As soon as you activate a subscription your profile becomes visible to patients — you are not waiting on us to approve anything.
2. Activate a subscription
Activate a subscription to make your profile publicly visible to patients. You will see the terms and price during activation. If you work at the same chair with colleagues and share patients, you can activate a shared group subscription with a per-person discount.
3. Describe the patients you are looking for
Choose from the case categories (prevention, caries, endodontics, dentures and more), add notes about your faculty's requirements and publish your availability.
4. Manage your requests
Accept, decline or propose another time. Communicate with patients in a secure chat linked to the request. You receive reminders and can see your profile analytics.
5. Record the outcome
After the visit, record whether the patient attended and whether the case is completed. Completed visits unlock verified reviews that build your reputation.
Verification (optional, but worth doing)
Upload proof of active student status (student card, enrolment certificate or an official document). Verification is not needed to be visible, but it is required to receive patient X-rays and it adds a verified badge to your profile. Documents are strictly confidential and visible only to an administrator.
When your profile is visible
Your profile becomes publicly visible when: your email is verified, the profile is complete, the rules are accepted and the subscription is active. Verification is not required for visibility.
