There is no monthly fee. You choose your city and the cases your quota still needs.
Take a case
Pick a request whose case and days suit you. Its price is written on it before you take it, and you pay for that patient once.
Call your patient
The patient’s number is yours the moment you take the request, so you can call the same day and agree the visit together.

What does a patient cost?
€25–€65 a patient, by case. You see each case's price before you take it, and pay once, however many visits follow.
Once we have checked your student card, the next patient you take costs half the case price, whatever you have paid before.
No card and no subscription.
The fee pays for the connection itself: if the patient then does not come, cancels, stops answering or chooses another student, it is not returned, and UniDent does not compensate for a patient’s choices.
All prices are in euro. LinkConnect Ltd. is not registered under the Bulgarian VAT Act, so no VAT is charged and none is shown separately on your invoice.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Your profile and the list are free, and you pay only for the patients you take.
What if the patient does not come?
We bring people already looking for treatment at FDM and show you only those still waiting for a student, and the moment one student takes a request it leaves everybody else’s list.
The patient decides for themselves: whether to come, when, and to whom. We do not and will not offer a 100% guarantee that you get the result you want — and no platform can. What is yours to control: taking a case whose days fit yours, and calling the same day.
Who sees the patient’s number?
The first student to take a request gets the patient’s name and number straight away, so you can call the same day and agree the visit between you.

Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna, and every request says which city it is in.
The objections we hear most
These are not invented questions. They are the nine answers students gave us when we asked why they had not signed up, and each one is answered with a checkable fact rather than a reassurance.
I am not convinced there are really patients.
You do not have to take our word for it. Create a free account and read the whole list: every person waiting, what they need, which city, which days they can come and how long they have waited, with the price of each case. No card, no subscription. If the list does not convince you, you simply stop there.

You do not have to save one at all. The account and the list are free, and you can take a patient without a saved card: you pay for that one on the payment page at the moment you take them, never before.
I cannot tell when or how much I would pay.
Each request shows its price before you take it: from €25 to €65 depending on the case. You pay it once, at the moment you take the patient, however many visits you then arrange together, and until then you pay nothing: the account, your profile and the whole list are free. A saved card is optional: without one you pay on Stripe’s page when you take the patient, and the card you pay with is kept for the next one.

This sounds too good to be true.
Here is exactly why it is not. Patients pay us nothing: UniDent is here to make it easy for patients and dental students to find each other. Nothing is charged until you take a patient, and then you pay for that patient, not for access. The terms are published and a lawyer signed them off.

It is run by LinkConnect Ltd., a registered Bulgarian company. Treatment happens at your own faculty, under your own teacher — we never touch the clinical side and we are not a healthcare provider. All we do is connect you with a patient.

A free account takes a few minutes and then asks nothing of you. There is no minimum and no obligation to take anyone, and nothing is charged until you take a patient yourself. You choose the cases and the days.
I already have enough patients.
Then the account costs you nothing: you pay only for a patient you take. Keep it, and use the list when you are short of a case.
I am not in a senior enough year.
The honest answer: this is for students who already treat patients under supervision. If you are not there yet, the account still costs nothing and will be waiting, but there is no point taking a patient before your clinic allows it.
The technical side
1. A free account opens the list
Confirm your email and you can read the requests in your city and take one. A profile is optional: complete it with a photograph and patients can also find you and ask you directly, and anyone who comes to you through your own link is free.
2. You decide which cases reach you
The treatments on your profile decide which named requests reach your list and your emails, so set the ones you are looking for. Requests where the patient has not said what they need reach every student, because patients are never asked to pick a department; working that out is your job. And every hour you publish names a department itself, so nobody can ask for that hour for anything else.
3. You pay once, when you take a patient
A request shows its price before you press, and taking it is the moment you pay. Each new patient is then paid for once, however many visits you arrange together afterwards: from your stored card, or on the payment page if you have none.
4. After that you arrange it yourselves
You get a name and a number. Treatment happens at your faculty, under your teacher, by their rules. We are not in the room.
Will I hear about new requests?
The first student to take a request is the one who gets it, so it helps to hear about it while it is new. Once your profile is public and you are taking new patients, a new request for a treatment you offer can come to you by email during the day, at most 10 emails a day, and you can switch them off in Settings.
