How the visit works
We understand that treatment by a student can sound unfamiliar. So we explain everything clearly — from search to the treatment itself. In short: you choose a student online, and the treatment happens at the faculty, supervised by a teacher.
Step by step
- 1
Find the right student
Search by treatment and city and browse student profiles — the cases each student takes and reviews from other patients.
- 2
Send a request
Suggest times that suit you and optionally attach an X-ray so the student can pre-assess the case. Sending a request is free.
- 3
Get a confirmation
The student reviews your request and confirms a time or proposes another. You communicate directly through the platform.
- 4
Go to the faculty
The visit takes place at the clinics of the relevant Faculty of Dental Medicine — in Sofia, Plovdiv or Varna.
- 5
Treatment under academic supervision
The student performs the treatment under a teacher who checks and approves every step.
Is it safe?
Yes. All treatment takes place at the university clinics, under the direct supervision of a qualified teacher who is responsible for the outcome. Profiles belong to advanced-year students who have passed verification of their student status. The platform is not a healthcare facility and performs no treatment — it only connects you with the student.
What it costs
Using the platform is completely free for patients — search, requests, messages and reminders. The treatment itself is paid at the faculty’s official rates, which are significantly lower than private clinics. Financial terms are handled directly at the faculty.
What to bring
An ID and, if you have them, recent X-rays or medical records related to your complaint. You do not need to enter medical history or a national ID number into the platform.
Frequently asked questions
Am I guaranteed to be accepted?
No. A request is an organizational step. The suitability of the case is assessed at the faculty and may require teacher approval.
Can I choose a specific treatment?
You search by treatment type (fillings, root canal, gums, children’s dentistry, extraction, dentures). The final judgment is made by the student and the teacher.
What about emergencies?
The platform is not for emergencies. For severe pain, bleeding or trauma, seek emergency care or call 112.

Browse the students and send a request in minutes. Using the platform is free.
