Patient Consent and Exclusion of Liability
1. What you confirm
By sending a request you confirm that you understand: the profile belongs to a dental student, not an independently practising dentist; treatment takes place only at the faculty under academic supervision; and the request does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be approved or performed.
2. Emergencies
This platform is not intended for emergencies. In cases of severe bleeding, serious trauma, difficulty breathing or another emergency, seek immediate medical assistance or call 112.
3. Personal data
You agree to provide only the minimum data needed to organize the visit. Do not enter a national identification number, detailed medical history or diagnoses — they are not needed for the request.
4. Communication
You agree to receive transactional notifications related to your requests (confirmations, reminders, messages). Marketing messages are sent only with separate, explicit consent.
Consent to share images and to be contacted
If you upload a dental X-ray, or request a general check-up and choose to be contacted, you consent to the information you provide being shared with the dental student(s) you contact, so they can assess your case and contact you to arrange an appointment at the faculty. Uploading an X-ray is optional and speeds up assessment; it is not a diagnosis and creates no obligation for any student to accept your case. Your images are shared only with the student(s) you contact and are deleted automatically once the request is closed and no later than 6 months after upload. You may withdraw your consent and request their deletion at any time.
