Review Guidelines
1. Who can leave a review
Only patients with a completed visit, one review per visit. Reviews rate communication, organization, punctuality and overall experience — not the student's independent clinical competence.
2. What is not allowed
Insults, discrimination, third parties' personal data, false information, blackmail through reviews, and paid reviews. Such reviews are removed after moderation.
3. Moderation
Reviews may be held for checking. A review is never removed merely for being negative. The student may post one public reply. Moderation decisions are recorded.
4. Privacy
Only the patient's first name and surname initial are shown publicly. Full names and contact details are never published.
