How students actually get patients here
Being findable is free. What decides whether it turns into someone in your chair is a short list of things, and none of them costs anything either. This is that list, and it is the same list your dashboard shows you once you are live.
It works in both directions
Patients find you
Someone searches by city and by the treatment they need, opens your profile and asks you to call them. You see the case and decide whether to take it — a request is not an automatic booking.
You see the price before you accept the request, and you pay once for that patient, however many visits follow. There is no monthly fee, and you need no card in advance: without one, you pay on Stripe’s page.
Or you go and find them
Patients who searched and found nobody leave a request instead. You can read those requests for your city — what they need, when they can attend, whether they already have an X-ray — and take the one that suits you.
Each request shows its price before you take it, from €25 to €65 depending on the case. The first student to take it and pay gets the patient’s name and phone number straight away and can call them the same day, and the first patient you take after we have checked your student card is half price.

What makes the difference
In rough order of how much it matters.
Publish real hours
Your hours are the times you can offer the patients you take. You can take a patient on with no hours published at all, and the two of you arrange the visit between you.
You set a weekly pattern once — Tuesdays 14:00–17:00 — and it fills in actual bookable slots 16 weeks ahead, in Bulgarian time, automatically.
Say which treatments you can take
Patients filter by treatment. With none selected you do not appear in a filtered search at all, only in the unfiltered list.
Patients are not asked to diagnose themselves. Plenty of requests arrive with no treatment named, because working out what someone needs is your job, not theirs — which is why the requests you can read are worth reading.
A photo — without one you are not listed at all
A face is required to appear in search. Until you add one a patient cannot find you, cannot open your profile and cannot ask you to call them, however complete the rest of it is. After that your search result is a face and a sentence: someone choosing who will treat them is choosing a person, so the intro line is worth writing.
Show some of your work
Case photos are the difference between describing your work and showing it. A patient can look before they commit to anything.
Photos of a patient need that patient’s consent, requested and recorded through the platform. Nothing is published without it.
Ask for the review afterwards
A review is the only thing on your profile written by somebody other than you, and a patient can only leave one for a visit you have marked complete.
What you keep
The cases, the photos and the reviews are a record of your clinical work, and they remain yours. Students graduate; the portfolio does not expire when you stop paying, and it is worth something in a job interview.
What this is not
Nobody is guaranteed patients — not by us, and not by anyone charging a great deal more for the same promise. What is guaranteed is that people looking for treatment in your city can see you, that you can see the ones nobody has answered, and that you pay nothing in a month nobody connects with you. We would rather say that plainly than quote a number we cannot stand behind.
