A subscription makes your profile findable. What decides whether being findable turns into someone in your chair is a short list of things, and none of them costs anything. This is that list, and it is the same list your dashboard shows you once you are live.
Someone searches by city and by the treatment they need, opens your profile, sees when you are free and sends a request for a specific time. You approve or decline it — a request is not an automatic booking.
You are never charged per patient, however many arrive.
Patients who searched and found nobody leave a request instead. You can read those requests for your city — what they need, when they can attend, whether they already have an X-ray — and offer to take one on. They then get a link to your profile and decide.
You never see their name, email or phone. They choose whether to contact you, not the other way round.
In rough order of how much it matters.
This is the only one that makes a visit impossible rather than merely less likely. With no bookable times there is nothing for a patient to book, however good the rest of your profile is.
You set a weekly pattern once — Tuesdays 14:00–17:00 — and it fills in actual bookable slots three weeks ahead, in Bulgarian time, automatically.
Patients filter by treatment. With none selected you do not appear in a filtered search at all, only in the unfiltered list.
Patients are not asked to diagnose themselves. Most requests arrive with no treatment named, because working out what someone needs is your job, not theirs — which is why the requests you can read are worth reading.
That is the whole of your search result: a face and a sentence. Without a photo the card shows a grey placeholder, and without an intro the line under your name is blank. Someone choosing who will treat them is choosing a person.
Case photos are the difference between describing your work and showing it. A patient can look before they commit to anything.
Photos of a patient need that patient’s consent, requested and recorded through the platform. Nothing is published without it.
A review is the only thing on your profile written by somebody other than you, and a patient can only leave one for a visit you have marked complete.
The cases, the photos and the reviews are a record of your clinical work, and they remain yours. Students graduate; the portfolio does not expire with the subscription, and it is worth something in a job interview in a way that a semester of chasing relatives is not.
Nobody is guaranteed patients — not by us, and not by anyone charging a great deal more for the same promise. What is guaranteed is that people looking for treatment in your city can see you, that you can see the ones nobody has answered, and that you stop the month you decide to. We would rather say that plainly than quote a number we cannot stand behind.
The demand on the platform is public and updated continuously — look at it before you decide anything.
